This is a 3 bedroom duplex. The smallest 3rd room is not for guest use. It is locked at all times. There is a small host supply closet that is locked. The Back to the Future house is part of a duplex fourplex unit. At times You can hear noise from the other unit. The two bedrooms for guest use are further away from the shared wall. The 3rd bedroom and the living room area share the wall with the other unit. The other unit does not have access to the third bedroom either. The house is part of a four plex. It has shared parking. However it provides a large space making drive through parking for a trailer or moving van convenient or one can park multiple vehicles during their stay.
